Programming Bulletproof Error 20007

One of our accountants is receiving the following error on one screen in
Solomon:

Programming Bulletproof Error 20007
Current grid 8 does not match its currect memory array row 1. This is
probably caused by program or macro code changing the memory array current
row, and not resetting it, or else not resetting the current grid row to
match it.

She is unable to update information or print reports from this screen. It
appears to only affect this one screen, and only affects, as far as I can
tell, this single user, who was out on vacation for the past two weeks.
Also, since I take care of all Solomon installations here, I can say that
there have been no updates to Solomon, at least at the systems end.

Any ideas?

Is the screen customized?
(ie is there an asterisk to the left of the Title Bar?)

Thanks for the response, Barry. Actually, I just reeived a callback from
Finance. It turns out that this person was using an outdated login. When
she used the new login, everything worked.

Unfortunately, Solomon is one of those applications that I install and
support, but do not have access to use, and therefore don't really know what
goes on inside of it.
